इश्क पे यूँ इलज़ाम न लगा तू वाईज

पीते हैं हम यूँ करके

की

नफरत हमसे होती नहीं...

पीने को  पीते हैं हम सुबह-ओ-शाम

पे सहर हमारी होती नहीं...

होती हैं तमन्नाएं रोज यहाँ पूरी

पे तिश्नगी कम होती नहीं...

दिल ही दिल हो जाते हैं हम

पे होशियारी कम होती नहीं...

दोस्त भले न बन सके हम किसी के

पे गद्दारी किसी से होती नहीं...

दुश्मन ही सही हम ज़माने के

पे बेवफाई  किसी से होती नहीं...

भूल जाते है हम सब-कुछ पी-पाकर

पे  यादें कभी कम होती  नहीं...

कई-कई नशे किये बैठे हैं हम यहाँ

पे लत  बेईमानी  की कम होती नहीं...

ग़मगीन हो पूछता हूँ खुदा से दुनिया भर के सवाल

पे जवाबदारी खुद की  तय होती नहीं...

मुफ्त ही पिला दूँ इश्क मैं तुमको

पे प्यास तुममें होती नहीं...

पी-पीकर हुआ जाता है  दीवाना 'मनीष'

पे  कमीनाई  कम होती नहीं...
